Golf Par Tee Tours

Booking Conditions

Bookings are subject to acceptance by GOLF PAR TEE TOURS and to the following conditions:

1. The particulars as advertised on the website or in any publication are correct at the time of going to print. The particulars are subject to alteration at the discretion of GOLF PAR TEE TOURS. Any such alterations will be communicated to clients prior to the conclusion of the contract with them.

2. Prices

(A) All prices quoted are subject to alteration without prior notice and are inclusive of VAT.

3. Quotations

(A) All quotations made by GOLF PARTEE TOURS are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation only and are subject to change and availability thereafter.
(B) Package prices may include an arrangement/booking fee where sufficient commission is not available to cover time spent arranging a holiday.

4. Time of Payment

(A) A minimum non-returnable deposit of 20% of the holiday price is required as confirmation within 14 days of a provisional booking being made. Golf Par Tee Tours reserves the right to increase the deposit payment to cover any initial costs to be made on the client’s behalf.
(B) Payment is due in full 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
(C) For bookings made within 6 weeks of date of arrival, the full price is payable at time of booking.

5. Itinerary

Your itinerary is confirmation of all hotel accommodation, tee times and/or any additional arrangements. A copy should be kept with you at all venues for proof of reservation.

6. Cancellations

(A) Clients may cancel an accepted booking at any time up to 6 weeks prior to the arrival time subject to the loss of deposit detailed at 4(A) above. They will also be liable for the cost of any green fees paid in advance on their behalf in excess of the value of that deposit.
(B) For cancellations within 6 weeks of the date of travel there will be no refund. We strongly recommend that clients take out personal travel insurance to cover any unexpected occurrences.
(C) As golf tee times must be paid in advance, in the event of bad weather, refunds will only be given if the course is closed due to flooding or similar act of God.
(D) Cancellation terms may be subject to change due to resort/golf/hotel/transport requirements; full details will be supplied on booking.
(E) GOLF PAR TEE TOURS reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time without the liability to the client whatsoever save the return of all payment received.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to make an additional booking charge per person for amendments requested by the client after confirmation has been issued.

8. Insurance

Insurance cover is not provided by GOLF PAR TEE TOURS. As note 6B, it is the individual or group leader’s responsibility to ensure that adequate travel insurance is taken.

9. Payment

Cheques should be made payable to Golf Par Tee Tours. Deposits may be paid by sterling cheque, bank transfer or international bank transfer. Credit or debit card payments can be made online only but are subject to a surcharge between 1.5% and 3% per transaction. Bank transfers are also accepted however, any bank charges incurred will be added to sender’s final account. Payment of any extra charges incurred at an accommodation provider must be made by the individual on departure. A credit card swipe may be required by individuals at accommodation on arrival.

10. Limitation of Liability

Travel to and from the destination and on any day outings arranged by coach are subject to the carrier’s standard conditions. GOLF PAR TEE TOURS shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity arising there from, however caused. The liability of GOLF PAR TEE TOURS for any loss, injury or damage caused by its delay in performing, or partial or complete non performance of, its duties under any contract with any client is hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by the law.

11. Meals

(A) Where holidays have been quoted on a Bed & Breakfast or half-board basis, there will be no entitlement to any refund for meals not taken unless agreed in advance with the proprietor.
(B) Half-board and where applicable, dinner, is based on a limited choice table d’hôte menu, or an appropriate allowance against the a la carte menu, unless otherwise specified.
(C) All hotel and guesthouse accommodation and food are subject to the establishment’s own terms and conditions.

12. Complaints

Complaints must be taken up initially with the supplier of the goods or services concerned and, if satisfaction is not obtained by this means, the complaint should be lodged with
GOLF PAR TEE TOURS in writing before departure.

13. Car Hire

When arranging car hire, GOLF PAR TEE TOURS will use reasonable endeavours to obtain the type and/or make of car specified by the client but cannot accept responsibility if the car hire company is unable to supply the exact car specified.

14. Golf Courses

All clients must abide by any local rules or the requirements of officials at the golf courses on which they pay with particular emphasis on dress code, alcohol on the course, slow play, etc. Where clients specify that they require caddies, golf buggies or trolleys, GOLF PAR TEE TOURS will use reasonable endeavours to organise them. However, such requests are accepted subject to availability and GOLF PAR TEE TOURS accepts no liability whatsoever for any failure to supply them.
